1 Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, shall carry the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on st7899, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. st7899 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all product categories. If you are under 21, you are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your country, state, or territory.
4. You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of st7899 or its affiliated entities.
5. You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the Platform for any reason.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a commercial entity when placing wagers or operating an Account.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on st7899. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. st7899 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Notify st7899 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

st7899 reserves the right to require additional documentation at any time — including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a bank statement, or proof of source of funds — as part of our ongoing compliance and fraud-prevention obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on st7899 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• st7899 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Standard minimum deposit is Rp 10.000.
• Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, subject to applicable processing charges.
• st7899 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing systems. Bank transfer credits are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during business hours (WIB, UTC+7).

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. st7899 reserves the right to request matching payment method verification.
• All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification on your Account. Unverified Accounts may not process withdrawals exceeding the daily unverified limit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days. VIP and verified members may qualify for expedited same-day processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are set out in your Account dashboard and may vary by membership tier.
• st7899 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of additional verification checks where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation is suspected.
• Winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before withdrawal is permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

st7899 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits carry a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers to be completed before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used or wagered within thirty (30) days of issuance will expire and be automatically removed from your Account balance without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active deposit bonus concurrently. Accepting a new deposit bonus while a prior bonus is active will void the earlier bonus without compensation.
• Abuse & Fraud: st7899 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of promotional fraud will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended or permanently closed.
• No-Deposit Bonuses: Where a no-deposit bonus is offered, the maximum withdrawal permitted from winnings generated by that bonus is capped as stated in the specific promotion terms, and a minimum wagering requirement applies.
• Seasonal Promotions: st7899 may offer special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only.

st7899 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, st7899 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your balance accordingly.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the st7899 Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products:

• Finality of Wagers: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and may not be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the User. st7899 may void a wager in circumstances described below.
• Void Bets: A wager may be voided by st7899 in cases of: a manifest pricing error; event cancellation or postponement exceeding 48 hours; force majeure; or where the integrity of the event in question is under formal investigation by a recognized sporting authority.
• Maximum Winnings: st7899 applies per-event and per-day maximum payout limits. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook and game interfaces and may vary by sport, market, and membership tier. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be reduced to the stated cap.
• Live Betting: All live in-play bets on sporting events, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League matches, are subject to momentary suspension of markets. st7899 is not liable for connectivity issues on the User's side that result in a failure to place or amend a live bet.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the individual rules of each selection. If one leg of a parlay is voided, the parlay continues with the remaining legs, and the odds are recalculated accordingly.
• RNG Games: All slot and virtual casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Results are provably fair and cannot be influenced by any party.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot session, the game will resume from its last recorded state upon reconnection. st7899 is not liable for losses incurred due to network interruptions on the User's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the st7899 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform if under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any systematic approach designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through use of the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions, VPN usage to disguise a Restricted Jurisdiction, or any other technical measure implemented by st7899.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing toward st7899 staff or other Users.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the st7899 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, game assets, user interface designs, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of st7899 or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe). All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from st7899.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices embedded in Platform content.

9 Privacy & Data

st7899 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

st7899 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with authorized payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities strictly as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, st7899 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss arising in connection with use of the Platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content, odds, or game outcomes resulting from technical failures outside our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Any delay, interruption, or suspension of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond st7899's reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental action, internet infrastructure failures, or cyber attacks.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. st7899 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.

11 Termination

st7899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any criminal activity.
• Receipt of a lawful demand from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Extended Account inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months).

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which st7899 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative development. It is each User's personal responsibility to ensure that their participation complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. st7899 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction.

13 Amendments

st7899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
